Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build robust sales pipelines
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to C-level executives across diverse industries
- Close 15-20 new business deals monthly while maintaining 90%+ customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral and value propositions
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities, forecast accurately, and maintain data integrity
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions and quarterly business reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven inside sales experience with SaaS or technology solutions
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies and objection handling techniques
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools
- Track record of exceeding monthly/quarterly quotas in competitive markets
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and match solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid US work authorization and ability to work Central Time business hours
