Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to qualify and nurture prospects.
- Close deals and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure retention.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Attend daily sales huddles and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Motivation: Self-motivated with a hunger for commission-based income.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
