Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and strategic networking
- Present tailored solutions to C-level decision-makers using consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining CRM data integrity
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and value propositions
- Develop deep expertise in our SaaS platform to articulate competitive advantages
- Analyze sales metrics to optimize conversion rates and identify growth opportunities
- Represent our brand at industry events and virtual conferences
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or high-value subscription sales
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, or similar sales engagement platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with polished presentation abilities
- Self-motivated with demonstrated resilience in competitive environments
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
