As a Sales Associate on our night shift, you will play a critical role in driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We believe in investing in our team and providing the tools necessary for success.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume sales calls and customer outreach during night shifts to meet and exceed daily and weekly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through consultative selling techniques.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to drive upsells and cross-sells.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and sales data in the CRM system.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operations and continuity of service.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to refine your skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or call center operations (experience in B2B or B2C sales is preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote night shift roles.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
