Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies via phone, email, and virtual meetings targeting enterprise accounts across North America
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation using Salesforce CRM
- Develop deep product knowledge to present complex SaaS solutions to C-level executives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer success) to optimize sales processes
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Document all interactions and pipeline activities in real-time within CRM system
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences
- Strong time management and organizational abilities for weekend shift consistency
- Self-motivated with demonstrated resilience in high-volume sales environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions highly desirable
