Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales over the phone and email. You will act as the face of our brand, ensuring our customers receive top-tier service while helping them find solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Present product demos and service offerings to prospective clients in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent sales volume.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Accurately enter customer data and sales activity into the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
