Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify prospects and identify their specific needs to recommend tailored solutions.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns and optimize outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Present product demos and handle objections effectively to drive the sales cycle forward.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Customer Service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
