Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively qualify potential leads.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
