Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively engage with prospective clients in the local market to identify sales opportunities and close deals.
- Customer Engagement: Build lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and product expertise.
- Market Expansion: Research and identify new business opportunities within the designated sales territory to expand our client base.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Reporting: Accurately track sales activities, update CRM systems, and provide weekly performance reports to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align on sales strategies and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
- Attributes: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for local territory visits.
