Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential leads in the DC metropolitan area.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding client interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service (entry-level candidates with strong drive are considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
