Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email to generate new business leads.
- Qualify incoming leads and schedule appointments for senior sales executives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track activity and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales (Candidate with strong drive and hunger will be considered).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, with a persuasive and professional phone manner.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
