Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build relationships with prospects and close sales deals in B2B SaaS space
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets ($50K+ pipeline monthly)
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity documentation
- Present product demos and solutions tailored to client needs
- Participate in daily sales huddles and training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience in B2B tech or SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
