Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media networking.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads to schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions and update prospect data.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Follow up on leads consistently to ensure no opportunity is lost.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
