Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our solutions.
- Navigate complex sales cycles to move prospects from the discovery phase to the closing phase.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaign execution.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident phone demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
