What You Will Do:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls and in-person client visits during the evening hours (4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the local Ohio market and surrounding regions.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to decision-makers, effectively overcoming objections.
- Manage a high volume of leads to ensure consistent pipeline generation and conversion.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Accurately record all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or customer service (retail or restaurant management experience is a plus).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (approx. 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel within Ohio.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
