Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Qualify prospects based on company criteria and book qualified meetings.
- Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and handle objections effectively.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead intake to contract closure.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track pipeline progress and activity metrics.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and training sessions to refine closing techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Customer Success.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PST).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
