- Prospecting & Outreach: Utilize various channels to generate leads and conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
- Lead Management: Qualify incoming leads and schedule meetings with senior account executives to close deals.
- CRM Maintenance: Accurately maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with all prospect and client interactions.
- Product Demos: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to demonstrate the value proposition of our services.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the team.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
