Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold outreach, networking events, and digital channels
- Present tailored product demonstrations and proposals to C-level decision-makers
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and close
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and provide weekly performance reports
- Attend industry conferences and trade shows to expand market presence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of outside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proven track record in B2B technology or SaaS sales environments
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 60% of the time
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
