Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Present our premium products and services to prospective clients, effectively demonstrating value and features.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage and update customer data accurately in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets in a high-volume environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelorās degree preferred.
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
