Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly targets across Northern California territory
- Conduct in-person client discovery meetings to identify pain points and present tailored solutions
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with product team to provide client feedback for product enhancement
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and document all client interactions
- Represent company at industry conferences and networking events to generate qualified leads
- Maintain 95%+ activity metrics in CRM (calls, meetings, proposals)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with verifiable quota achievement
- Proven track record of selling complex technology solutions or SaaS products
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate technical value propositions
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals in competitive markets
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
