Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market territory.
- Conduct high-quality sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads through the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign goals and customer feedback.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand professional networks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
