Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and community outreach.
- Present product demonstrations and sales pitches to prospective clients to build interest and trust.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal and account onboarding.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Track sales metrics and pipeline activities using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local market strategies.
- Attend weekly sales training and team meetings to improve product knowledge and closing techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and driven by a desire to achieve financial and career goals.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for client visits.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
