Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads and qualify prospects through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine campaigns based on market feedback.
- Update CRM databases accurately and maintain detailed records of all client interactions.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- A self-starter mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a huge plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
