- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, effectively highlighting value propositions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and update accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and campaign performance.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions simply.
- Self-motivated and driven personality with a focus on closing deals and achieving results.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced office setting.
