Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct product presentations and sales pitches to prospective clients in the Chicago and Charlotte regions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies.
- Document all sales activities and client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
