Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through phone, email, and CRM outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the El Paso metropolitan area
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and close sales transactions
- Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted local campaigns
- Exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US
