Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the DC and Virginia market.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to present tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain a high volume of activity through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Track all sales activities and pipeline data accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven outside sales experience in B2B or B2C sectors.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (Must be willing to travel locally within DC/VA).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
