Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business leads.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Manage and update the CRM system (Salesforce) with accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse pipeline of prospects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
