Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via inbound/outbound calls and email campaigns
- Present tailored solutions to enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, and government sectors
- Close 15-25 deals monthly while maintaining 95%+ CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling methodologies
- Document all client interactions in Salesforce and pipeline management systems
- Participate in daily sales huddles and monthly performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with SaaS or enterprise solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales metrics and trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
