What You’ll Do:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by greeting shoppers and understanding their needs.
- Demonstrate products and services with enthusiasm and accuracy.
- Close sales and process transactions efficiently at the point of sale.
- Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a pristine sales floor.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to determine needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue goals.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Manage inventory levels and stock shelves during off-peak hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the schedule.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with technology.
