Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to move them through the sales pipeline effectively.
- Present product solutions and services to prospective clients in a compelling manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Accurately record all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and closing techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
