Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Qualify prospective clients to determine their specific business needs.
- Present product demonstrations and pricing plans to prospective customers.
- Close sales and manage the entire sales cycle from prospect to close.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Must be available for part-time hours during peak business hours.
