As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue through high-volume outbound prospecting and consultative selling. Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Engage with decision-makers to identify pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals over the phone.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance.
- Attend daily sales training and team huddles to refine skills and strategy.
- Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and comfortable working in a commission-only environment.
- Access to a high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
