Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for industrial equipment in assigned territories
- Prospect and build relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing plants
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining long-term client partnerships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales pipeline and forecast accurately
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Strong technical aptitude for industrial machinery or B2B manufacturing solutions

- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel 60-70% of time (Columbus OH and PA territories)
