Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads within the Columbus, OH territory.
- Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to track progress and manage client data accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on regional sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (essential for outside sales).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales software is a plus.
