About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with potential clients through phone and digital channels. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads in El Paso and NC markets.
- Manage a consistent pipeline of inbound and outbound leads through our CRM system.
- Build rapport with prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate value propositions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Document all client interactions and accurately update customer records.
