Responsibilities
- Proactively initiate outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on company criteria and book qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients, highlighting key value propositions.
- Overcome objections and negotiate pricing/packages to secure agreements.
- Accurately update client data and activity logs within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients over the phone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Ability to work weekends and maintain a high level of energy and focus.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
