Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Accurately log interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and campaign performance.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in B2B inside sales or a similar role.
- Strong ability to overcome objections and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
