Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Execute high-volume outbound sales calls and emails to generate qualified leads and close deals.
- Customer Engagement: Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Follow-Through: Expertly handle inbound inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless handoff to the sales team.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to better position our products and services.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or account management.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as part of the standard business hours.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) effectively.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated individual with a track record of hitting sales targets.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
