Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to exceed quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in local businesses
- Conduct in-person client meetings, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations
- Track sales activities and pipeline using Salesforce CRM while maintaining accurate records

Qualifications
- 3+ years proven B2B outside sales experience with documented track record
- Strong knowledge of California business landscape and regional markets

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office suite
- Ability to travel 70% of time across designated territory
