Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads in the San Diego area.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas in a night shift environment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales scripts and strategies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing contracts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
