Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential new clients within the Detroit metro area.
- Client Meetings: Conduct in-person sales meetings and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
- Closing: Persuade prospects to sign contracts and onboard new accounts effectively.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Follow-up: Execute a consistent follow-up cadence to nurture leads and ensure high conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven outside sales experience required.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Driving: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required for local travel.
- Dedication: High level of self-motivation and a drive to exceed monthly targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
