Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately to build rapport and drive sales.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products/services that align with their requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure inventory accuracy and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts, nights, and weekends as required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive, friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
