Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify 15-20 new leads daily through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach
- Present product solutions to prospects via phone/video conferences using consultative selling techniques
- Close 3-5 sales deals weekly while maintaining 85%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales pipeline, update contact records, and forecast revenue
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and messaging
- Exceed monthly quotas through persistent follow-up and objection handling
- Participate in daily sales huddles and weekly training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation and closing techniques with objection resolution expertise
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
