Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling and digital outreach
- Develop deep product knowledge to present tailored solutions to enterprise clients
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Participate in daily sales huddles and quarterly performance reviews
- Drive pipeline growth through strategic account management

Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certification preferred
