Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively contact and qualify inbound leads via phone and email to identify sales opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with new and existing clients, understanding their needs to present tailored solutions.
- Closing Deals: Utilize consultative selling techniques to convert leads into qualified appointments or closed sales.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all interactions and sales data into Salesforce or HubSpot in real-time.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or B2B Sales (Remote or Local).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (e.g., Saturday/Sunday).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of hitting KPIs and a hunger for financial growth.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite.
- Location: Based in or willing to commute to Louisville, KY.
