Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospect needs, qualify leads based on company criteria, and schedule qualified meetings with Account Executives.
- Relationship Building: Engage with potential clients to understand their pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, tracking the progress of every opportunity through the sales funnel.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or customer success (candidates with a strong work ethic and hunger to learn are also encouraged to apply).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and articulate speaking style.
- Resilience: Thick skin and the ability to handle rejection with a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
- Drive: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to maximize income through performance.
- Availability: Must be available to work standard business hours, including potential evening calls.
