Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential clients via phone and email to generate new business leads and qualify prospects.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries with a high degree of professionalism and persuasion.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track progress and update customer records accurately.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during the sales process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a similar role.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM EST/PST).
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to handle objections.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection if working remotely (NC option).
