Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads.
- Qualify incoming and outbound leads to determine fit for our products/services.
- Present company solutions and explain value propositions to potential clients.
- Manage a daily pipeline of prospects using our CRM software.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ambition to learn and a hunger to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
