Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals within the Houston metro area.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop local outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or a related field.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as required.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
